When the Chef tames winter in order to delight your taste buds …

Winter, its snow-covered landscapes, its snowflakes, its bluish sparkles, and also its warm evenings around the fire, here are the different sides of this magic season.

Chef Cédric Ravaud, seconded by Brice Joseph and his team, will be pleased to introduce you to new dishes concocted with passion.

On the menu: beautiful surprises and must-sees such as Poitou lamb, Cébron foie gras, crystallized  clementine with Cognac baba… A real treat for good food lovers’! As always, the chef keeps his promise: to work in a gourmet spirit the good and local products that winter offers us and after all, home-made.

This new Carte has the desire to make you happy and be assured, it will charm your taste buds. It incorporates seasonal products such as Marennes oyster, celery, chicory or cabbage.

With creativity and passion, it is a team that works in the kitchen of the Clos to reinterpret winter while respecting these delicious products.
