The birds make their soft song sing, the buds crack and the cherry blossoms are in bloom … spring mood on the agenda! This is also the moment chosen by the Château de la Ribaudière to present you its new “Freshness of Spring” menus and carte.

Once again, the Chef introduces you to colorful and tasty dishes that showcase local and seasonal products. You will find the first asparagus Country, peas and beans, artichoke or garlic bears. Do not miss our must-haves, like strawberries and raspberries in our famous desserts …
