The heat of summer is already behind us but the warmed colors of autumn comfort us!<\/p>\n

Visit us and enjoy the flavors of the new menu at the Ch\u00e2teau du Clos de la Ribaudi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

The dishes are adorned with autumnal notes, fragrant and authentic.<\/p>\n

They have been imagined\u00a0by our Chef C\u00e9dric Ravaud to satisfy all the guests with many local and seasonal products.<\/p>\n

In addition to the inevitable boar back “\u00e0 la royale”, discover the delicacy of the Saint Jacques
\ngrilled with chanterelles and vegetable ravioles or let yourself be surprised by our “risotto” of squash, chestnuts and hazelnuts with Jerusalem artichoke tea.<\/p>\n
