The heat of summer is already behind us but the warmed colors of autumn comfort us!

Visit us and enjoy the flavors of the new menu at the Château du Clos de la Ribaudière.

The dishes are adorned with autumnal notes, fragrant and authentic.

They have been imagined by our Chef Cédric Ravaud to satisfy all the guests with many local and seasonal products.

In addition to the inevitable boar back “à la royale”, discover the delicacy of the Saint Jacques
grilled with chanterelles and vegetable ravioles or let yourself be surprised by our “risotto” of squash, chestnuts and hazelnuts with Jerusalem artichoke tea.
